Invoice / bill given by us is solely based on the information (including name and address) and product(s) purchased by the client. It is non-transferable.

               The process of placing order, packaging and dispatch takes about 4 to 12 working hours. Our cancellation and refund policies are based on these.

  1. Orders placed before 2pm (IST) , called 1st batch, will be dispatched by 6pm(IST) same day , except Sunday.
  2. Cancellation of 1st batch is possible till 5pm (IST) same day.
  3. Orders placed after 2pm (IST) called 2nd batch, are processed next working day 12noon(IST).
  4. Cancellation of 2nd batch is possible till 11am (IST) next day.

CANCELLATION

No cancellation is entertained after the stipulated time.

RETURN

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of purchase / delivery of parcel date.

All returned items must be new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Return and shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUND

Refund will be done solely through the channel of payment initiated by you. Transfer of fund or advance payments and credits are not entertained.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item , we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least seven(7) days from the receipt of your

Item to process your return or exchange. Refund may take 24 hours to reflect in your account. We will notify you when your return is processed.
